The flagship engagement

The Operator’s Business Audit.

A 60-minute working session with Terrence Alexander — virtual or in person — across six areas of your business. You leave with written findings and a sequenced action plan within seven business days: where money enters, where it leaks, and what to fix first.

What it covers

The audit examines six areas — because the leak is never where you think it is, and it’s never in just one place:

  1. Operations. How work actually flows — handoffs, wait time, and who owns each step.
  2. Sales. How money enters — pipeline, follow-up, close rate, and discounting nobody questions.
  3. Finances. Margin and cash timing — where profit goes missing between the sale and the bank.
  4. Technology and AI. What’s automated, what’s manual, and where AI would actually change a number — versus where it’s a distraction.
  5. Customer retention. Repeat purchase and the moments customers decide to leave.
  6. Team accountability. Who owns what — and what happens when nobody does.

How it works

  1. Before. You complete a short intake — revenue, margins, team size, and where it hurts most. Terrence reviews your numbers, your site, and your answers before the session — he doesn’t walk in cold.
  2. During. A 60-minute working session, virtual or in person. He walks the business with you and asks the questions your P&L can’t answer.
  3. After. Written findings and an action plan within seven business days. Not a slide deck of observations — a diagnosis with a fix order.

Diagnosis, then implementation

The audit is diagnosis. You get the findings and the sequenced action plan — what’s wrong, what it costs you, and what to fix first.

Implementation is separate. Doing the fixes and installing the systems is a different engagement: the Front-Door Fix ($3,500 one-time) closes the highest-cost leak first, and system maintenance ($1,000 per month) keeps the machine tight after that. The audit tells you what to do. Implementation does it with you.

The guarantee

If the client-confirmed base case identifies less than $50,000 in annual margin or cost opportunity, the client receives a full refund within 14 days. The client confirms the numbers before the final report.

Why $9,500

The guarantee does the math. If the client-confirmed base case identifies less than $50,000 in annual margin or cost opportunity, you get a full refund within 14 days — so the guaranteed minimum is $50,000 in identified annual margin or cost opportunity — or the audit costs you nothing. That’s identified opportunity, not a promised return: the diagnosis finds it, implementation earns it. You’re not buying 60 minutes. You’re buying an operator’s diagnosis — operating since 2007 — in writing, with the downside removed.

Who it’s for

  • Owner-operators with a real business and real revenue — the audit needs numbers to work with.
  • Owners who suspect money is leaking but can’t point to where.
  • Owners considering AI or new systems who want the workflow fixed first.

Who it’s not for

  • Pre-revenue ideas. There’s nothing to audit yet — start with the free Business Snapshot.
  • Anyone who wants a report that says what they want to hear. The audit finds what’s there.
